The Hayloft at Alltybrain Farm Cottages offers a very warm welcome to more active guests wishing to explore The Brecon Beacons and the Mid Wales countryside. This loft has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and is the perfect place for 4 people coming with mountain bikes, horses, fishing rods for fishing on the rivers Usk or Wye, and boots for walking the hills! The shower and bathroom is on the groundfloor and then up the stairs to a large sitting area with facilities to make tea, coffee, snacks and a fridge for cold drinks. Through to a light and airy dormitory style bedroom accommodating 4 people comfortably in 3' beds. More beds for larger groups can be set up as there is plenty of space. The window shows a wonderful view of the hills. A Welsh Farmhouse breakfast is served over in the kitchen farmhouse as is an optional and informal 3 course kitchen farmhouse dinner in the evenings. We have a large barn suitable for storing bikes and equipment safely and also stabling and field accommodation for horses.
